Horrible customer assistance the guy couldn’t even pronounce what he was saying correctly and hung up on me , Lied to me several times and got my information wrong on his end this place is ridiculous horrible !
She was very helpful throughout the process. Calling me once a week for updates was vital to me. She explained everything and I was able to understand. Great customer service skills and professionalism.
