The process was made immensely more simple by the level of dedication your team members showed. Matthew especially went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. Barry was friendly and very helpful explaining the finishing steps. The only room for improvement would be the app used to upload and sign documents. Multiple times it wouldn’t properly function.

Paulette was exceptional and very helpful. Christine was also excellent, flexible, and easy to work with. Very appreciative of those two. Only negative is the slowness of the Underwriting team getting back with updated loan estimates and changes. Overall still fine tho. Paulette and Christine were great
