Decent...the app works well and does what it is supposed to. The app would be way more beneficial if you could add additional principal to the payment rather than only being able to pay the base payment on the app. It would get a better review if that option was available.

Very poor communication. Very poor customer service and rude employees. I recommend you take your business elsewhere if possible. Their website and loan officers completely contradict each other, so you don’t really know the story when dealing with PennyMac.

This app is a pain. You fill out all kinds of info then doesn't let you agree to all the rules. I said finally forget it.
