Awful company to work with. When I tried to get set up on a bi-weekly autopay, I followed all of the steps, I received confirmation of the amount and dates the payment would be processed. My husband even received a phone call with the information. When the day came for that payment to come out I noticed that there wasn't any activity. I waited a couple of days and then called them only to find out that all of my effort to get enrolled was pointless and I was right back to where I started. I don't love Pennymac. I had tried to get set up on a bi-weekly auto pay program. I did everything they told me to do. I even got confirmation of when it would start. And my husband had even received a phone call about it. About 3 days after the payment was suppose to be process I contacted them to find out when my payment was going to be processed only to find out I had been lied to and I was not current and couldn't be enrolled in the program. I had a great experience with the loan officer, Jennifer Brucker and mortgage success team representative Rosario Lopez. My problems were with the team which originally was researching and verifying income before the rate could be locked in. They kept asking for the same documents over and over. The second problem was with the underwriting.
