Frustrating when trying to make a payment or trying to cancel a payment. Instead I'm prompted to call them. So that then I can be on hold for 30 mins - this app needs some major updating! Other than that I am able to see my loan information that's it.

I'm so happy y'all made this! I've been waiting for it for 3 years 😁. Two functions I would love to see added would be adjusting the payments by tapping on the amount to be paid, and being able to save a certain amount to be paid every month. Like $785 min monthly payment, and then be able to add $215 to deduct from the loan balance, or as a prepayment for escrow. Then save that as as a future payment for each month. Thank you again! App works great!

love that theres an app now. way easier than using the website. any future update for partial payments? i save half my mortgage every paycheck but end up getting overzealous with my spending. id rather not have half a mortgage available to me while im waiting for my next paycheck to satisfy the othet half 😅😂

Pointless. Doesn't even allow me to login to my account. Attempted several times, eventually just deleted the app.

Downloaded the app and it doesn't open. Keeps saying "something went wrong, try again" after about the 6th time trying, I uninstalled. I'll try again, for now I'll just sign in online.
