We have had nothing but confusion, long waits on the phone, thinking we corrected the problem only to have to call back and go through the wait time and explination of the problem again and then to top it off, they want to transfer me to the sales department for a refinance. We DID NOT select Penny Mac as our mortgage provider. We chose our local bank where we can stop in and get things square in a few minutes time.
