I wish I can echo similar sentiments as the other reviewers. The loan officer I am dealing with on refinancing just hung up on me ending a call with, "whatever" It is highly unprofessional. The call was recorded and I urge the pennymac training team to review their records and train the employees at least speak to the customers.
