STAY AWAY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LENDER. I set up an autopay after I moved in. However, somehow my 1st payment didn't go thru, that made me missed the deadline. As soon as I found out I made a payment right away. Since then I don't have any more late payment, and already paid more than half of the principle. I thought that my PMI would be eliminated. I called and a lady told me that bc off the late payment it could not be eliminated until after 1 yr. I gave her a reason but going no where. I gave up. I called again af... read more
