Took almost 3 weeks to get the job done, would not give us a loaner car, car must have been left outside the whole time, because it was extremely dirty when picked up, including greasy hand prints all over the interior. Only reason we took it here was because it broke down while we were out of town and this was the closest place to have it towed, would not choose here again. We brought our Edge in to fix a child second row seatbelt when they told us to. We picked the car up after 7 days as they did not get around to fixing it
I dont believe they did anything. The tire sensor is still going off and it's still wobbly.
Worst place in have ever taken my car. Brought them a car that ran. Got a car back that didn't run. And paid 4000.00. This is the worst car dealer in the valley. Do not do business with them. Now they want another 5000.00 to fix my car that they already charged me 4000 to fix. These guys are real rip off agent.
Made an appointment for a early time. Dropped it off 15 mins before the appointment time. Staff complaining about staffing. Needed a malfunction diagnosed and tires filled. "Services doesn't work with sales, it's like different companies" the tech told me. By closing time my vehicle still had not been even looked at. I left.

Took 3 weeks for an oil change, and to fix the mirrors and the rear seat headrests. Cost us $900 in rental fees for no reason. All of it was eventually covered with the extended warranty, but they could NOT tell us ahead of time if it would be covered. They could have given us back the car after the oil change and rescheduled when the parts came in. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Extremely poor progress updates after vehicle was dropped off for repairs.
I got.my key fabs. Did not like that you charge a fee if you use a credit card. The price was higher than quoted. It's always a long wait. Then I was bombarded with texts and emails about buying a new car and did not care for the list of things wrong with my vehicle. Still waiting on a recall part. I think it been two years, unacceptable.
