My vehicle arrived to Peoria Ford as scheduled; however, it was not even looked at for a full two days later. Then once inspected, it wasn't even fixed. The dealer claimed it wasn't covered under warranty, even though it's a brand new vehicle 2025 with less than 900 miles. Now, only a week later, I learn it is a covered repair and, in fact, has a safety recall issued as a known problem. The dealer provided poor customer care. Terrible company, I will never take my vehicle here again. They shut off my CONNECTIVITY SETTINGS so it was un-trackable on my Ford APP and were using it for transportation.

This place is run by thieves and liars. Brought my car in cause it was acting funny. Spent 4000.00 dollars. Got it back and.it.was.even worse. Then they.tell me I need a new transmission. Another.8800.00 Be warned this place is in the.business of ripping customers off.

No immediate greeting by service advisor. Once contact was initiated by me, service advisor did not follow up with me until I went back to his desk to ask about the service evaluation that was txt'd to my phone. By the time I saw it quite a bit of time had elapsed. I saw other service writers follow up personally with their customers about their vehicles.
I bought my truck about less than a year ago and I brought it in for my 2nd oil change. When I bought my truck they talked me into buying a full service warranty package. As the manager put it the only thing I would be paying for would be gas for the next 6 years or 60,000 miles. However on this oil change they sent me a text where I could choose have them check my air conditioner, battery cables & others that totaled close to an additional $500. They did not do what they said when they had to repair the comprehensive damage that they did to my Truck
Took car in Monday AM early. Not looked at till Thursday. No loaner car. Ride home reluctantly given when I asked. Do not accept Credit Cards except with 3% extra charge. Agent I had not very patient and said she had explained it all to me and I had signed the work order.
