Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After 3 attempts of fixing my oil leak it is still leaking. Had my fuel filters changed and starting leaking 3 days later. Promised my truck back in two days it took 5. Under no circumstance would I recommend them.
I was going to be charged for a new battery if I hadn't asked if the battery was under warranty.
My car was stuck there for two months with our service rep and warranty department going back and forth about 2 parts. Our service rep Spencer hardly called us and it was a pain to get him to call back. Missed front left suspension issue. Says they checked brakes but front brakes are low and need to be replaced
Their financial department snuck in a service warranty I said no to six times. Still refused to take it off the contract after I asked twice while still at the dealership. I was also given the wrong lender information. I had to call weeks later to get the correct lender. When I asked why was I given the wrong information, I was told, "Dennis must of thought you already approved for XXX." Dennis sent us on her way without official confirmation. I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and it took five hours without any explanation or apology.
It took THREE weeks to have an oil change, fix a minor issue with the mirrors and fix the motorized head rests in the rear seats. Meanwhile we rented a car for just under $1,000. This is NOT acceptable. They should have changed the oil ordered parts and let us take the car back until actually ready to work on it. THEN, it turns out that the rear seat headrests are not fixed, so it will have to go back. My husband and I got there on a Saturday at 2:30. When we first saw the vehicle, we explained to them that the tires were not only mismatched, but were heavily worn out and met the bare minimum requirement for safe driving. It literally is a safety concern. For hours we explain the situation, asked for a solution and we kept getting passed around. When I got my vehicle back, it was filthy. The mechanics or whoever threw candy and chip wrappers everywhere inside. There were big boot prints on the back of the seats, and left 4 miles until empty in my tank. It states on my paperwork that several road tests were performed, so they did have it on the road and using fuel.
