Terrible. I have a 2014 F-150 XLT 4x4 extended cab. At the time I had a electrical issue. Doing a little research on my own I found out 2009-2014 F-150 were having this same issue. It either would not start after driving it around acting like there was some kinda non battery issue. Different symptoms would be lights would illuminate and you could hear the starter engage. OMG - from the start - the service was supposed to be free - staff did not know this until I addressed it -- it took 2 hours to change the oil -- they did not clean - or vacuum it -- I eventually saw my car parked - I went to service -- waited another 5 minutes for the staff to address me - they said - yes my car was in fact ready. p.s. I asked to have a check engine light checked - you would not believe how many days that would have taken --- ? leave it with them for days to analyze a code??? - Good Luck Guys

Such a rip off organization. Came in for another check engine light in two weeks and they changed 2 air filters and charged me a fortune. Never asked them to do more than the engine light service. Dont use this dealer for anything!

My husband took the vehicle in to have the tires rotated, the oil changed and a check up. They said it would take 2-3 hrs. They didn't update him, he had to ask about what was going on but they still didn't tell him much. 5 hrs later they said it was done. He was waiting the whole time. They said they did the tires but they didn't. Not sure what they did but make him wait forever. Not good!!! Did not rotate the tires.

They are very unprofessional 2nd time Ive been in for the hatch , I got a rental car & 11/2 weeks latter Im told my warranty doesnt cover it ,so I have to pay for everything myself.Im not dealing with Peoria Ford again,Im sorry I bought my car there,never again
I bought the Mustang Mach E 2021 with only 15999 miles for $13,000 over The original MSRP sticker price that I find in the trunk.. Now I get a service vehicle soon request two weeks after I drive off the lot. Something with the Powertrain Malfunction and a High Voltage Battery Warning. Seems like something that should of been checked before selling me the vehicle.
