First could not find appointment - then it was found. Advisor was rude and condescending. Not a very professional organization.

Be very careful to what is advertised as the true story of what you are promised is not what you get in reality. Vehicle is ok but over promised on the value.
Top notch service while buying a car. Tell you what you want to hear to get that signature on the dotted line. Made promises that were not kept can't get a call back LoJack put on the car that wasn't disclosed in initial paperwork but put on papers that I did sign in the end assuming I was signing off on what was discussed earlier.

I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered a part six months ago and never received a call when it arrived. They reordered it, but again I was not contacted. On top of that, when I came in for an oil change, I had to wait almost two hours. Very poor communication and extremely slow service. I plan to use car service such as oil change somewhere else next time.

The price online and on the sticker are drastically different than the actual price. Between the extra fees and taxes it wad going to add almost 10,000 extra to the vehicle.
I did not like the fact that they lied to me to make money. Said that my battery was bad and had stuff on it that had to be immediately repaired and that my filter needed to be replaced immediately! So, my battery is brand new because I have a new car!! And the filter was not needed to be changed at the time.! Bonus.. this is the second time that my tires were not rotated!! The last service rep that I had was excellent when I had my engine replaced. But this service wrap was not good at all. I came in because my car wouldn't start and ended up with no explanation. Just a text information about eight or nine things that had to be done that actually didn't have to be done. I can go into more detail in a phone call. I will not return for service to this location, unless it has to do with the engine that I had replaced by Peoria Ford.
Had my car for double the amount of time they said they would leaving me with no car and didn't call to communicate that.
