Slow and most unorganized. Poor management
The price I was quoted was not what I was billed.
Gave diagnosis of Manifold leak with $2000 estimate to fix. Took truck to champs for second opinion and turned out to be a flex plate.

Tenable business all the way around they don't do any service on there cars and trucks at all they just wash them and resale them i bought 2 trucks from them and both was down after 3 weeks later pat hickey which is the owner of the dealership number one liar

Terrible! Dishonest & Very Slow return time. When I purchased the vehicle it had a repair that needed to be completed. I waited 3 days after buying the car to get it back. It was not fixed. I took the car back to Peoria Ford service, where they held the car for 5 more days and then they told me they needed to order a part that will take 10 days to receive. Zero stars. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. They lied, tried to screw us out of money. Terrible customer service. They said they'd "make it right and our trying to turn around their bad reputation" BS. Every time we have contacted them for ANYthing they don't call back, don't know what's going on, and don't do what they say. I 100%regret buying my truck from them. After service, which included flushing & "cleaning" the a/c, I drove off, only to have to turn around and return. The a/c was not working. I then waited another 2- hours only to be told that it was the shop's fault as the equipment malfunctioned and no one actually tested the car before it was returned to me. VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL.
