It took 3 days to diagnose a check engine light only to find nothing was wrong, except for possibly a hose having coming off. They put the hose back on, plus reprogrammed the truck per a recall notice, and the check engine light went away. 3 days to do this was nuts. I had a rental, which I had to pay for, plus the diagnosis fee. They did not know if it was the reprogramming, or the hose off that caused the check engine light to be on. Sales person was very helpful. Once I got to paperwork, pushed to get warranty. When we settled on which one and a price for it . When it was all said and done, they added sales tax and switched to a lower grade of policy. It left a bad feeling for the dealer. I would not do back. Did not stick to there word.

WORST EXPERIENCE! PURCHASED 2023 TRUCK DELIVERED EMPTY GAS TANK COFFEE STAINS ON FRONT SEAT FILTHY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR $$. No communication of when the car was to be delivered . It took 10 days to set up delivery. I Called several times to find out when my car was to be delivered since nobody was reaching out to me. NOBODY FROM SALE OR UPPER MANAGEMENT RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS YET I RECEIVED A COLD CALL FROM MY SALESPERSON WHO SAID HE WOULD TEXT INFO NEVER HAPPENED!!

Lured us into store by saying an out the door price we would've bought vehicle at. Then Didn't get within $2500 of that after wasting our day and a 220 mile drive to there store.
