Went over my 2 hour wait and it was 3 hours. At 9:45 they stated I needed almost 1k of work for the 25k miles. I already stated I can only afford an oil change today, as I have not been paid since May, but did say fine to the air filter. I went up at 11 asking about my vehicle if it was done. It was NOT done. They had not put in th filter yet. 15 minutes later I did get my car back. If they can't stay within their 2 hour time frame then they should not schedule so many appointments.

The first time I took my car here, they did an amazing job. I was so happy to get away from San Tan Ford bc they treat women horrible. And then Peoria turns around and treats me like San Tan! Wont look up my file, quotes me half of what they charged me, and treated me like I was a stupid woman. And the associate that was assigned to me would not answer any of my questions, like why i was paying for the appointment when I had pay extra every month so I dont have to pay for service.

Every time we come in for a service, you alway find hundreds of dollars of things that need to be done. Your ignition and oil special services are pretty lousy. Just adding some liquid to the gas tank and oil to do these services is wrong. This should change. Very disappointing.
