Staff seemed annoyed and was unwilling to help. Had to ask multiple times for something to be completed, and still got a half fixed "resolution"

Set up appointment and service writer was fired before we got there the next day, fill in service writer was extremely rude. Left car with them on the 5th day went in and my paperwork was still on his desk never made it to a technician for a check engine light and key reprogram horrible customer service

Bad communication. Long wait times for diagnostics and part orders. Also got accused/harassed because a service advisor thought I had stolen another customers key fob (I didn't and he apologized later). My very first visit here was fine. After that, my expectations were not managed at all. Along with some other items that took a lot longer than I was first told they would to repair, an issue within my center console got repaired under warranty and they did not reassemble it properly. Close to my house, however no loaner car offered for while my 3 month old car was in the shop. Second time car has needed repaired.

I brought my car in to Peoria Ford on Monday, Oct 7, 2024 as the handle wasn't working on the passenger side of the car and I was struggling to get out of the car. The car was also due for 90,000 mile service. The Service Advisor, Chris Carrillo, said I would get my car back by the end of the week, probably sooner. To be honest, I was pretty disappointed. I brought my wife's vehicle in for her first oil change since purchasing the vehicle at Peoria Ford and a re-application of paint protectant. I had scheduled the service in advance. We live in Cave Creek, Arizona, and so it was a little bit of a drive but not bad. When I showed up for my oil change, I was expecting it to take an hour or hour and a half or so. The advisor told me it would be four hours.
