After paying over $1000 for regular maintenance (we have been very faithful in doing all of those maintenance upkeep when due) which included the flushing of the brake system, a few days later we had spongy brakes. Took over a day to figure out why and to fix. Another $750 bill. Not happy. We will take out business elsewhere.

No communication on status of repairs, I have to hunt down someone to provide an update. Although an appointment was made in advance, and my car was dropped off the night before scheduled appointment, car was not even looked at until the day AFTER the appointment day. Then found out that car wasn't ready on the evening I needed it by, and because no one communicated this fact earlier in the day, it was too late for me to get a rental car and I needed to have a vehicle for work the next day! It took almost two weeks to get my car back, and when I did, the Power door lock control on the passenger side did not work.

There's a yelp review with full detail. Long story short, I went in for an oil change and a new tire-picked up a nail in mine. Arrived at 8am. Left at 528pm. Completely unacceptable. After trying to tell me my truck needs this and that, mind you, I purchased the extended warranty, however, I would need to pay an additional $2,500. Unacceptable. I wasn't called to tell me my car was ready. Every time I called on the day it was due to be done, I was told the person who was handling my car went home sick but they would have his partner call me to update me. I would wait four hours and then call back to see if my car was going to be ready as promised. Finally, shortly before they closed someone checked when I called instead of taking a message. My car was done and I had to hurry to arrange an Uber.

Didn't like having to jump through hoops to get updates. Told originally they would have car for two weeks. They had it for two weeks not including weekends. I finally got a rental paid for by Ford on the 2nd week on Thursday after I let it be known I was not happy. Finally give me rental car and amazingly my own car was ready the next day. They should have done that in the beginning. They don't do loaners and Lfyt won't come to Peoria so that option was no good.

Dont even bother, I was there and they didn't even know I had a reservation and bounced me around through 4 different counters to send me back to the first. I can get my oil change somewhere else
