Service was pathetic and filled with surprise charges. I had purchased an extended service contract for 7 years or 100,000 miles but it was not honored. A person can get better service at Jiffy Lube or Minute Lube with far fewer surprises and unexpected charges. I requested the service tech to call me and inform me of that which may not be covered before performing the work, which he did not do and surprised me with an invoice of nearly $500.00. Won't go back or recommend this place ever.

Peoria Ford is AWFUL! Theyve had more than a half dozen shots at fixing my car and, after 2 engine rebuilds/repairs (my engine died at 33k miles), my car still runs like dirt. It runs very rough & loud and theres a distinct ticking sound. The dealership says its normal, but it didnt sound like this before they worked on it. And other mechanics have said its definitely NOT normal, but Ford warranty requires me to keep going there. I had one situation, during this last visit, where my auto start/stop had quit working. I wrote down the mileage going in and then coming out after two or three days at the dealership and the difference was 3/10 mile. The charge was zero dollars and they found nothing wrong. They didn't even recognize the new tires I had installed elsewhere in which they quoted. I now see why they do not receive very many positive ratings.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with Ford Service in 40 years. Will not take any of our trucks to Peoria Commercial Service ever again. Advisor and numerous techs could not figure out the issue, and still had a problem after over 9 weeks at the dealership. I picked it up and went to Bell Ford. THEY HAD THE TRUCK WORKING AS IT SHOULD IN 24 HOURS. YES 24 HOURS, NOT OVER 9 WEEKS. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT WITH PEORIA FORD. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMMERCIAL TRUCK TO PEORIA COMMERCIAL SERVICE.

Took 14 days to repair a engine oil leak.Diagnosis was oil pan was leaking, so oil pan and gasket were replaced.

Extremely Expensive and after having my car inspected by another Certified Mechanic....found out Peoria Ford was suggesting things to be fixed that actually didn't need to be fixed. I Never had this problem with Sanderson Ford, Only Peoria Ford. I had my car tuned up at Peoria Ford 2 years ago, they said they fixed things and I paid for it All....BUT was Never fixed.
