Unfortunately my son's first car buying experience was terrible experience all the way around.
Service took over 8 days and was still only partially resolved. Communication was exceptionally bad - I would not recommend and would use ANY other Ford dealer to get work completed. I would rate a "0" if possible.

I was having problems with my sound system. I made an appointment for a Monday morning. I had to call everyday about the progress. Nobody ever called me. I called on Thursday of that week and nobody had checked the problem so I had a friend take me back to the service center and took my car home. I have bought my last two cars at Peoria Ford and have always had good service. Not sure if I will go back there again. My nephew recommended an audio company and will have them install a new system.

My Maverick was in their shop for two days and no one bothered to open up the hood or put a scan tool on it.

I don't like that my truck has been there for over 8 weeks with no resolution. I also don't like that my miles were illegally rolled back. I also don't like that Ford customer care denied a buyback on the vehicle that has had the same dash issues since 16k miles. This is the worst dealership ever.
Never again will I use Peoria Ford had a appointment for a passenger side power seat adjustment after 3 days they never even looked at it. I solved the problem went across the street treaded the Ford for a Chevy. Thanks Peoria Ford for helping me make a great decision.
STAY AWAY from these thieves. Stay away from their sleezy and crook service manager. Stay away from horrible advisors like Joe Stark. Worst service ever. You won't believe how much this place will try to take advantage of you. Absolutely worst Ford dealer and especially service center.
Took over a week for my broken trunk to be diagnosed as a broken trunk and took another week to get fixed. This place sucks.
Scammers, they lied to me and said it was a v8.
