Excellent service reps, my only complaint is why did I need to leave my vehicle for 7 days to have a recall inspection of my trucks tail lights. Im sure the inspection takes less than an hour. I could see a delay if parts were needed to be ordered but the inspection took 7 days to tell me everything was fine. Come on what kind of procedure is your service department operating under ?

I went in for my brakes squealing every time I stop. They did not fix it and said there was nothing they could do. My truck has less than 13,000 miles and has been doing this for months.

Very pleased.1st time at your location. You took my truck in at the time scheduled. Previous dealer set appointment then told us would take 3 days. Needless to say we didn't leave it. Over $3K and four weeks to replace a clutch with OEM parts. Car returned very dirty; clearly left outside the entire time. Asked for a oil change since they had my car for that extreme amount of time for a basic 2-3 hour job, but it was never performed. Very dissatisfied and will never return.
