Spencer my service rep is great, but my vehicle had some recalls. One for turn indicators, now they don't work properly. I've already taken it back once, but they still blink fast. It took 2 days longer then expected.
Dealership needs a lot of improvement with customer service and communication. Terrible service from the service advisor on multiple occasions and same happened with a few close friends. I Will never step foot back in this place they call a Ford dealership.
Purchased a new suv and 3 weeks in started hardware malfunctioning.Dealership says a update in Oct.might fix it.Dealership denied me another vehicle after 3 hours of being there because I was told I could get another and denied the by back that corporate summited to the dealership.Now I'm paying for a messed up vehicle that I shouldn't be.Extremely unprofessional.Lets see if this goes anywhere!!!!!!
I wouldn't let these people service a go cart.
Not great! I bought a Mustang GT from these people in June. I did not fill out a survey related to the service I received. When the sales guy found out I didn't send the survey, he sent me a nasty text saying "The survey is purely on how I was to you, how I get paid. No survey means I didn't make money for my family!" This was totally unprofessional. I don't know why I'm responsible for his employer basing his pay on a survey. I also don't know why he thought he was entitled a good review.
I expressed concern about a noise with the car and when I received it back (after a few days) they explained nothing was wrong with it. I got under the Ford st and I saw that my muffler was unattached and hanging, and yet they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. During the visit they were also told to change the oil in which they did not check the wiper fluid as it was empty when they returned the vehicle to me. I do not recommend Peoria Ford and I will never go back there.
Went in for a recall..kept my explorer for 3 days, which it inconvenienced me just to tell me they had the wrong part..I came and picked up my explorer and have to wait until correct part comes in.
They changed over $200 to "diagnose "the problem. They came up with several other problems not associated with my complaint but nothing at all about my original problem
