They offered mobile service. The tech came to the door and then turned around and left. No work was performed. Technically, a no show.
I had protectant applied for the paint, and the car looks great!! Spencer is a super service advisor.
Anthony the salesman, Jeff M finance and Beverly customer service. All made this experience a absolute nightmare. They're only there to rip you off. I will never do business here ever again.
We didn't buy a Ford Edge SEL, it is an ST-Line. Had 4 salesmen, pleasant but took our order for car and a few days later called to tell us they can't order car any longer. This was in April 2024, researched and discovered Ford stopped taking orders in Oct 2023. We requested optional mini-spare tire, told all four salespeople. Not one of them informed us that the spare is no long an option for the ST-line. Even online it's still a listed option. Still awaiting I Owe items listed at purchase.

Peoria Ford was way too busy to service my car. Awful place.... Had to take the car to Valvoline Instant Oil Change and fluid fill.

First time my gas mileage when down and now I find the slide plate under the transmission is missing bolts. I have to spend more of my time to get that fixed. I'm not impressed.

Peoria Ford is a Shady dealership, especially the service side. STAY AWAY is my advice, they charged me 5K to fix my bronco clutch that came faulty from the factory and went bad after 1800 miles of mild driving around town. CROOKS!

We proceeded to contact Ford about the issue to which they declined to repair due to abuse. Our General Manager offered to discount the cost of the clutch and we proceeded with the repair.
