I had an appointment for oil change. I waited an 1 1/2 hours went up to check on progress and was told that there was 6 other customers ahead of me and was also told that the appointment wasn't for the Technician it's only set so we can talk to the Advisor. How does that even make any sense?

Cost for service that they discuss with you prior to approval is not the same cost when it comes time to pay. They add on extra fees after the fact, not disclosed up front. When asked about this, the tech replied they do that sometimes.

We're a bit confused with this feedback. Our policy states that our pricing does not include tax, shop/waste fees which is disclosed within our inspection sheet as well as is displayed at the dealer. Wasn't happy. Had I not checked into the tire balancing issue (tires purchased at Peoria Ford), I would have been charged to have the tires balanced. Felt I was being taken advantage of. However, after having brought the issue up to a Service Mgr, the tires were taken care of at no charge along with the wiper blades "for the inconvenience", which was appreciated. Vehicle was not washed when I arrived to pick up. I did not wait to have it washed. I will not use Peoria Ford for future service.

They did not do what they were supposed to do. They were supposed to replace our windshield and they did not. All they did was fill in the spot. Also, it took them 5 days to do it. We ended up having it replaced on our own through our insurance. They gave us the run around in making us a second key. Eventually they came through with the promised key, but that was only after we provided proof of promise.

They sold me a truck $10000 over the blue book value.did not show me the price until the sale was finalized. Also they would not honor fords return policy
