I had an airbag recall. It only took 3 years to get resolved.
Very bad service . tried to sell me stuff I did not need
Ford Service Advisor waited until Service Center was closing to inform me me my tire was not repairable trying to charge me over $700 for a new tire. As I was leaving they were locking up and putting door down as advisor was discussing options. After I left I took tire to another dealer and it was fixed with no questions asked. I felt betrayed and lied to and will never return or recommend this location.
Was told I needed to replace things that were quoted crazy prices, changed the wipers filter and battery cleaning myself or 1/10 of the quoted price. When I told the guy I didn't want to complete the service, he started laughing on the phone.
Took my truck into Peoria Ford when a eng light came on (truck still running good). They said I had about 4 problems and would cost $2,900. Had all the work done, then my truck ran very bad. They said it'll need another $3,300 to $3,700 in work. Worst place ever! I'll be taking them to court!
Worst service and over selling of service. Spent $2,900 and my truck is worst off than when I took it in. Now they want another $3,330 to $3,700 to fix a problem they made happen.
Peoria Ford's pricing for service has dramatically increase to over 100% more than its competitors. I can no longer recommend them for service work.
