Peoria Ford's pricing for service has dramatically increase to over 100% more than its competitors. I can no longer recommend them for service work.
Took the truck for an oil change and tire rotation. 11:00 appt. Service manager said there is a backlog due to drop ins and would take 1.5 hours. Told me truck was ready and that they also washed it. Nope, didn't wash it. Didn't rotate the tires either - same scuffed wheel on the left rear like it was when I brought it in. Now I wonder if the oil were actually changed - I don't know.... why would I ever return? I have no trust in this dealer.
Wanted to drop off car on a Saturday so then I would not need to wait. Was asked if I wanted them to wash the vehicle while it was being serviced. I then was asked to sign a waiver form to have the vehicle washed. Upon being called and returning for the vehicle the it was not washed and I was told that I would need to wait 15 to 30 minutes for the vehicle to be washed if I still wanted it cleaned. I asked them why I was called to pick up my vehicle if it wasnt ready
3-1/2 hours for an oil change.
They did not perform the Maintenance service they are stating they did. I went for a key to be programmed but ended up leaving due to key I purchased through third party not having an RFID Chip. They did cut the key, but that was all.
Dealer took over 2 hours to wash and apply ZakTek sealant. Although they knew I was waiting, they called my home phone when the work was (finally) done .. didn't come back to let me know. All in all, I have never had a good experience with this service department.
we were told this repair job would take a month. one excuse after another for another 22 days after the month was up. although all the work seems to have been completed satisfactorily, the communication was abysmal. the website status update was never updated. would not use this shop again.
