waiting to have regular maintenance done is twice as long as my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Additionally, the warranty for this maintenance is less and based on not just mileage, but months in-between which Toyota does not have those restrictions. Next time, buy a Toyota Tacoma, not a Ford Ranger.

Once they get your sale, The Customer Service is awful. They don't take your call's, tell you that they will get back to you and never do, try to back out of promised items (even if you have it in writing). Had my car one day and had to take in for servicing for something that should have been fixed before it was even put on the market for sale. I would not recommend Peoria Ford.

It was horrible,they misdiagnosed my car, this isn't the first bad experience I've had with them I'll never go to Peoria Ford again!

They fixed the problem but I was promised 2 days and it took 5 days. After 2 days I had to call them and I was told that I was 7th in line and they had not even started. I won't go back to them for anything.
I brought my car to Peopia Ford at my 8:00am appointment time for a less than 1/2 day recall. After 6 hours I contacted my service advisor for an ETA update. I was told that he would call me back in an hour after they investigated the recall issue, meaning they had not even.looked at my car yet! I made an appointment for Dec 16 at 12. I work in Tempe and I am gone 11.5 hours. I dropped off the truck and the service writer Craig was condescending to me. He was telling me that my truck would take at least until Monday. I said I understood. I asked him to call me on Monday. At 3 pm I called him and they had done the oil change but had done nothing else. I don't know about anyone else but I use my truck daily and don't have another vehicle. Worst experience I've ever had. I had multiple people tell me different information, and the price climbed thousands of dollars each time. They used fear tactics to persuade me into services, and when I received estimates from other mechanics, I learned I was overcharged thousands of dollars to the point where this felt criminal.
