After contacting both Ford and the extended warranty company unfortunately the part was not covered. Because of that, our team discounted the repair. Unfortunately, at this point Ford manufacturing are the only ones than can compensate for the broken part. We have already opened a case with them on your behalf and are awaiting a response. Poor communication with truck not serviced timely and not kept informed as to delays. Price was not what was first stated and proper previous protocul followed where price was not text approved and then at time of pickup the amount had increased by almost $100.00.

LOL I arrived at 9:45 for my scheduled 10:00am appointment for my included oil change and tire rotation. Three different service people came up and asked if I have been helped yet and I told them all I have an appointment at 10:00am, yet nobody did anything other than say let me go check and see. After 15 minutes I finally got someone to help me. Peoria Ford has no clue what they are doing. I will never do business with them again. Poor workmanship and even poorer customer service. They attempted to repair my dashboard but ended up scratching my interior and returning my car with parts installed incorrectly.

Did not get service work done. Took my car in for service, got there for my appt. and told them I was going to wait for the car. Told it would be 3 hours. After 3 1/2 hour wait, walked back to check on it. Car had not moved from where I dropped it off. Asked for my keys and left.

My service experience at Peoria Ford was terrible. I pulled my 2020 F250 (the second truck I have purchased there) out of their shop and am now having all service done at Bell Ford with great results and satisfaction. The difference in professionalism and quality between Bell Ford and Peoria Ford is like the difference between day and night.
