I had a plumbing issue due to tree roots so I had to have new flooring and installed after the plumbing was repaired and there are two guys named ***** that works there. I think one goes by ***** and the other goes by ***********. These are the guys that take the maintenance work orders, and these guys were so awesome. They saw everything through. They made sure that everything happened in the way that it should. I have never been so happy to you (2) *****/*********** You guys are awesome.
I have lived in a Pathlight Home since July 2021. I have mixed reviews on the company and the house. First my thoughts....they own and mange from my understanding more than 5000 houses. They apart to be short staff, and the staff they have appears to high high turn over and honesty it is hit or miss each time I call. I have had wait times as long as 5 hours just to have my call answered. On the maintenance side ...it can take time and most times repairs are done as inexpensive as possible.
