I have lived in a Pathlight Home since July 2021. I have mixed reviews on the company and the house. First my thoughts....they own and mange from my understanding more than 5000 houses. They apart to be short staff, and the staff they have appears to high high turn over and honesty it is hit or miss each time I call. I have had wait times as long as 5 hours just to have my call answered. On the maintenance side ...it can take time and most times repairs are done as inexpensive as possible. Pathlight has been a great rent-to-home agency. I have been working with them for almost 3 years. They have very understanding during these times of inflation and I owe them a debt of gratitude. I fist call and thought that I was going to be more stress, but *** turned it around and make me feel less stressed I was worry about not able to provide a roof over my children head, after paying my rent for 1 year never late, always paid two weeks or one keep the latest before due date. I was very satisfied after I spoke to *** and how he make my stress less then how I was. I will continue paying like that, because good tenants do get reward, I believed that now. Thanks to ***.
