I fist call and thought that I was going to be more stress, but *** turned it around and make me feel less stressed I was worry about not able to provide a roof over my children head, after paying my rent for 1 year never late, always paid two weeks or one keep the latest before due date. I have to tell you that I have been with Pathlight for 4 years. The customer service has improved a lot. I used to not be to get through to anyone and when I did they were so rude. Today I talked to a customer rep named ***** that was very nice and helpful. I am having some financial issues in my life but he was able to relieve some of my stress with a plan of action that works for both of us.
