The refrigerator/freezer does not seal properly causing ic crystals on our food, and causing the unit to run the electricity 24/7. We reported this when first moving in, and have contacted Pathlight on several occasions since. Their representative is always kind and feigns concern, but thats the end of it. They close the repair request without doing anything. We are expecting our electric bill to be outrageous, and will take this to court if necessary. As someone who comes from real estate they local agents who rep these listings should be ashamed of themselves. Both they and Pathlight are virtually unreachable and unresponsive. Their homes are terribly maintained. Steer clear. You're better off with Renter Warehouse (which takes a lot for me to say) or local property management companies that care. BEWARE. Pathlight Property management is bad business! Save yourself the headache and find another property management agency. Several repairs needed to be completed in our rental home and the vendors they assign are horrible. I have holes in my walls after the plumbing in my bathroom was repaired from which bugs (spiders, waterbugs, ants) crawl out of!!! I recently applied to rent a home with Pathlight. Despite having a credit score of 688, Pathlight report my resident score as below the minimum (by 5 points). While this was unfortunate, it was understandable. I reached out to Pathlight to discuss this. The replies I received were all generic. No humanity to he found at all. Awful! Awful! Awful! Do not ignore reviews on this management company! We moved into a house in ******, *******. We paid over $5000 in deposits. When we arrived on Saturday, we found a large leak under the kitchen sink. We immediately contacted Pathlight. It is now Tuesday and we still do not have a sink in the kitchen that we can use. My overall experience has been very unsettling. This program was presented to me by my agent as a way to obtain residency in a home my family and I were seeking to purchase. No stars! Been college football coach for over 20 yrs and have rented more houses than I can remember. Moved in, went on vacation for a week, came home to mouse droppings basically in every room. Kitchen countertops were filled. Currently need to run an extension cord to power our fridge. Multiple electrical issues!! Ceiling fan that could fall at any second! All window screens have holes. 0 star. I moved from out of state into one of their homes . When we arrived , the home was as pictured however it smelled of animal urine coming into the home . Apparently the previous tenants had an animal that they allowed to pee in the entrance and throughout home. The garage and laundry room is the worse . When we moved into our rental home in June of 2023, the house was not clean at all. We had to pay a cleaning company to come and clean it. We did get reimbursed for the cleaning. But that is where the troubles began. We had a leak in one of the bathrooms that had been happening for quite some time. It had created mold inside the walls.
