I have been a tenant with Pathlight Property for over a year and just renewed my lease and my experience has been great until December 2023, in when I mistakenly clicked on the incorrect rental amount of $4300 and not the regular monthly rental amount. I submitted an application for a home, but unfortunately, it was denied. The reason given was that I supposedly altered my bank statement, which is completely untrue. I promptly requested to discuss this decision over the phone and offered to provide any necessary documentation to prove my innocence. However, they flat out refused to engage with me or acknowledge their mistake. We are now on our 6th week without a working oven. Pathlights remedy.we have authorized you to go purchase your own to expedite the matter and we will credit you (after statement proof) for money spent if under 2K. I feel so honored that they would authorize me to go spend my own money to fix something they are supposed to remedy! This company seemingly works diligently to be as inept and non-caring about their tenants as possible. There should be an award!Avoid the property if it is ran by Pathlight!
Hands down worst management compnay!! incompetent customer service, scammed almost every month on utility bills, double charged. Trust me, you will regrt doing busniness with them!It made me give them a star, otherwise I wouldn't!
Myself and three other friends were trying to submit an application for a property and we couldn't even get support with the application to get it working. Their system was probably built and never maintained and thus the support workers, who may or may not call you back, do not have any insight into actually helping you with the issue. Worst service ever! Terrible experience! They only focus on how to rip people off ( both tenants and landlord)!
I have attempted to apply 3 separate times during the same day and it states that it continued to time out. As soon as I got 90% completed it times out. I received the link and after opening the link it timed out after 4 minutes. The site either seems to be flawed or this is a scam. This is an issue and needs to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone applying to rent housing using this organization unless they are able to fix this issue.
They stole my $20 and I hope *** Almight punishment towards the *** all the way down to employees who knowingly commit fraud be served in due time. This company is a fraud
