Horrible! Im trying to rent a home and the experience I am having is soooooooo horrible, I will not be renting from them. No responses, long wait times, there site is dysfunctional, etc. Thank God its obvious from the start before I get involved with such a headache
DO NOT RENT FEOM PATHLIGHT MANAGEMENT Worst management company in the entire world! I Moved to ******* ** from ****** and all my concerns about the house were suppose TO BE FIXED! They said they were, drove 15 hours and NONE OF THE ISSUES WERE RESOLVED! Then when I try to get help they send out workers that do not know what they are doing. This is the worst property management company I have ever been so unfortunate to rent a property from. I would recommend using any other leasing agency as none fall as short as Pathlight has. Dont expect anything to be done in a timely manner. I submitted multiple requests since I moved in and they have all been either ignored completely or its taken them 4 weeks and they still havent fixed anything. This company is the absolute worst to work with when you have a problem. If you need any help, you will not get it. Instead, They keep telling you they will have someone call you back and never do. They are charging me for a pool/spa the pool is covered for the winter and the spa is molded and the water in it is dirty and it does not work. I was told that they were sending someone to look at the spa they did, but currently no one has contacted me about it. Hope you see this before you make the mistake of dealing with this company.RUN. don't walk just turn and run away from them. They'll smile and help you get into your dream house and then steal it out from under you and leave you on the street without so much as thank you. Then turn around and rent it out. Look at all the houses they're into. They bought those to "HELP" someone get into a rent to own scam. RUN.

1-Star is too much! This company is horrific! Destroys families.
They are horrible-slum lord property managers! There properties in ******** are run down dont fix anything. The renters need to better screened, its running down the neighborhood and causing issues for everyone. Why cant state/local government prevent this from happening. They dont even deserve 1star but I have to choose 1 to leave a comment. Sad!
My 3 roommates and I just submitted an application. I have never applied to a Pathlight Property before. After getting denied due to not being able to verify ONE applicants identity, now all FOUR of us are forever banned from applying from a Pathlight Home. We are glad that we dont have to deal with this! Blessing in disguise.
Just filed a suit regarding maintenance, refrigerator broke 1/1/24... was told to buy a new one and be refunded up to **** dollars. Spent ****. Still trying to get reimbursed as of 2/8/24... Now suing for reimbursement. We provided everything they asked for. They pick on people who don't have the means to defend themselves. I do. They will soon learn this.
