We have not had hot water for two weeks now. Pathlight refuses to do anything. They dont answer the phone. It was a mistake renting from Pathlight property management.

The amount of extra fees they charge is absolutely ridiculous. **************** is horrible. They never want to fix anything. They tricked us by having a washer in dryer in the unit when showing it than removed it before we moved in and told us getting a new one was on us. They also refused to let us make a payment than charged over $400 in late fees.

If I could give zero starts I could. Do not live at any of the properties with Pathlight Property Management. When we moved in we did not have a working refrigerator, screens missing, locks missing on windows, bedroom door k**** turned around so you lock it from the outside, blood stains in the bathroom downstairs, a rotting smell from the bathroom, come find out there was mold behind the walls in the bathroom. Horrible property management company, Avoid at all costs. Properties are not taken care of and they do not address any of the concerns before moving in. Not sure how their properties pas inspections. Will tell the renters to be home in a 5 hour window only to no show multiple times. Paint is peeling in house and looks cheap and cant be good for any small children to swallow. I would not rent or use them as a property management company. Avoid at all costs.

This company is the absolute worst! The app is terrible and doesnt work. I get bot responses to any chat within it. The house is in an HOA and because of the state of the lawn upon move it the company agreed the owner will resod. This was 6 months ago. Emails are never answered. No one answers the phone. I have waiting for 30 mins and hung up without reaching a single person on multiple occasions. DO NOT USE PATHLIGHT. They are just an investment firm looking for your money not your proper hospitality. Plus they scammed me and my roommates out of our deposit. They made us pay a last months rent up front, and we payed the last months rent regardless and they wouldn't give it back to us through our deposit. I am a homeowner that lives next door to a property being managed by Pathlight Property Management. Prior to SFR Texas Acquisitions 3, LLC purchasing the property within the last couple of years, the maintenance of the property has gone downhill.
