I've had several issues such as faulty hot water heater unresolved and have no person to talk with to try to resolve issues. Pathlight management is a scam and they want your money not your business. They would hire unprofessional people to fix and they wont do anything to fix the situation. Its all about collecting the money and safe and hazardous for the tenants. I would not even offer them a star..SCAM SCAM SCAM .. dont know why people even go to them.. made a big mistake
Frustrated honestly. Family and I applied for a rental and was denied due to credit, and the credit score was a mere few points away. I feel like there should be a way to appeal the decision and explain that despite not having the most perfect credit, we should still be given a fair chance to show that we are reliable tenants. We have been living in our house provided by Pathlight Property Management for 7 days now. Three days ago our HVAC went out, we submitted a work order shortly after. During the time of our HVAC going out our house has not reached temperatures above 64 degrees during the day and 52 degrees during the night. Pathlight is absolutely a BS. I pay my rent on the first of the month and now we are getting these messages that my payment was insufficient funds. I have it taken from my bank account so if they don't take it out before the 5, then that's on then. They nickle and dime you every chance they get. I'm on disability and them nickle and dimming me has to stop. I can't afford a lawyer to fight a case.
Pathlight property management is a business that suppose to go by the fair housing guidelines. I put in applications on 2 different homes. On April 18 and again on May 1st I was discriminated against by this company. They do not comply with the fair housing regulations and the management team is rude. Worst experience dealing with a management company.
Feb 5 this year , moved in , leased house from out of state, Pathlight said house was move in ready, so we did , Day 1 move in , half of house down stairs did not work electrically , week later Pathlight shows up 2 people 4 hours not able to repair , Pathlight send same people back 1 person 3 hours , 3rd trip, different Pathlight people 2 hours not able to fix , outside vender comes in problem fixed and gone in 30 minutes, WoW, Sink spraying water in cabinet, Pathlight tech comes out he didnt want to touch the sink , could l... read more
Thankfully, I am not a renter of one of these pathlight properties, but unfortunately, I am a neighbor to one of them which has several large dead trees on it that massive limbs continually fall from, onto my property. I later learned after I purchased my home that a few years prior one of these tree limbs caved in the living room. They will not do anything about these trees and have completely ignored my several emails pertaining to the trees. All they want to do is fill their pockets and not spend a dime on anything.
Pathlight has been very hard to get a hold of. They take forever to fix problems, especially big problems. They never know what I'm talking about when I do call. I get a different person each time I call and they can never actually help me with my problem. I have tried to use the app and call and I get different responses or sometimes they don't ever respond to my comments in the app. When we looked at the house to rent it seemed fine but in reality there were so many problems.
