This has been the most disappointing encounter I've ever had with any property management company I've employed. I strongly advise homeowners to avoid this company, as they are unlikely to find tenants for their properties. Their level of professionalism is severely lacking, and their responsiveness is non-existent. The agents they employ show little regard for customer satisfaction and fail to make themselves available for communication. It's safe to say that this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had!

My experience is not better than the entries here. They have done so much wrong by my family. We have encountered negligence, lying, and retaliation. We definitely regret using Pathlight Property Management.
Watch out for this company. I cannot believe we still have this kind of corruption in renting practices today. This is example of the little guy losing a fight with the big guy. Pathlight are refusing to fix appliance that should have been working in the first place. The place we are renting is **** dollars and it not in good shape. need a update on our home, we have been without a/c now for over 24 hours, we purchased 2 portable units for air conditioning here for the home due to the ambient temperature from outside the temp inside with humidity extremely high inside of the home without it, the humidity is north of 62% which risks secondary damages occuring on the property, since the a/c has been pulled from the property and placed into the garage we got a call from a different a/c company asking about scheduling to come out to pull the a/c unit? does ... read more
This has been nothing but an absolute nightmare for me. I was scheduled to move in the home just days away and then unexpectedly get a call from them saying that they got my security deposit but unable to move forward because they sold the property. How do you go to all the channels and then take the house right from underneath somebody. This is highly unethical behavior and not right at all. Pathlight Property Management is full of lies, deceit ,corruption and they play games: stay away from this corrupt company: they told me they were going to run a credit check, and get back with me 3 days ago, then I check all 3 credit bureaus and they ran no credit check, then they send me this decline with no reason!I'll tell you the reason they've been bought out by the corrupt people that have hacked my devices and tried to blackmail me, so this business is on its way to out of business status. This company is running a straight scam with their advertising of "Right to Purchase" a home. Their representatives present this as a way to purchase a home with higher monthly rentals going towards the purchase of the home and if you purchase it the first year you will pay what they paid for the home. If i could give less than 1 star i would. Weve been there 4 months, we were without a fridge the first 10 days we were there as the one in the unit was completely broken. There was a diseased and damaged tree in the backyard that had been confirmed by arborists to be a fall hazard directly onto our unit, they did not disclose that information to us upon move in. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Moved into a property with no working AC on the bottom floor, two out of the three toilets did not flush, and there was a leak under one of the bathroom's sinks. The garbage disposal never worked, and now the dishwasher does not work. The backyard is full of weeds and unkempt. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
