This property management company does not deserve any stars. They are awful and do not take care of their units. This company owns several rental properties in *********. They rent out $500k homes to individuals on section 8 and do not even do appropriate checks on weather or not they can afford to live there. They do not care about ** because they don't live here. This company deserves absolutely NO stars! They hire shoddy vendors to complete work, and they don't do their job to begin with! They make excuses for everything, **** rent up and then pay pool/spa rental on top of base rent of $2500. Then use Conservice whom upcharges water by 170 dollars! Dual military family experiencing awful issues with this company while renting. From the start the house was never cleaned, air conditioner keep going out while it has been over 100 plus degrees outside. We were informed by the local vendors they are not good for business at all. I knew from the start this was going to be bad. Terrible response time when a repair is needed. They let the fence rot and then charged me for it. I provided carpet cleaning and professional cleaning receipts upon moving out, and they ignored my evidence and reported me to collections for it. Extremely dishonest, unfair company, trying to take advantage of the vulnerable. They also raised my rent from $1795 to $2800 in a period of 2.5 years.

This company does not do any follow *** or provide updates. The fridge that was supplied by this company was broken since 8/7/2023 and as of today, 9/5/2023, the company did not fix it nor provided any updates. I have contacted them on 08/30//2023 and spoke with *****, the manager on duty who was extremely rude and when I asked for the immediate resolution and asked to talk with the individual who is able to make decisions, she stated that she doesnt not guarantee that I will receive a call back
