DO NOT RENT HERE. Ive never experienced such an AWFUL property management company. They do not CARE about their residents. HVAC both heater / air conditioner needs repair. They took two weeks to respond to the order after I became a nuisance calling everyday until someone came out. Both vendors told us the whole central air system needs replacing due to the system being 30 YEARS OLD AND NOT SERVICED. What kind of place doesnt take care of their properties!? Do NOT rent from them. They do not maintain the homes and when you move in it will be filthy and in need of many repairs. They are so large you can never talk to the same person twice and no one cares about you as the customer. Then after dealing with constant maintenance people, no heat, no water, etc, they will Jack your rent up by hundreds.
Ac not working, dying of heat, went through the portal this morning because they say it is 70 percent faster using portal AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN AHOLD OF ME! Horrible! Horrible, horrible!!!! I understand it might not have been fixed today BUT CONTACT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE. It will be in the 90 in a few days and IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!
I wish I could give them a lower score. The website is f****** trash. Can't even put in a maintenance request without it crashing. And everytime I call to talk to someone it's always the same grumpy b**** that threatens my rental lease. A bedroom has no light source. It doesn't work at all switched bulbs and everything. Its *** over 3.months since I moved out and I'm still waiting on my security deposit issues to be resolved. I was charged $1000.00 to touch paint home. I agree with some prior tenants. Its all a scam to keep your deposit. They are using the tenants and tenants deposits to pay for things that are truly the owner/landlord responsibility. Beautiful ****...beware you will get pennies back from.the thousands of dollars you pay for security deposit.

They increase the rent every year. They harass when your late. They are trying to force us out of here, even though were not behind on our rent. The house we are renting has electrical problems. The inspection should failed as all of outlets are not grounded, fuse box to small for the house. They do keep up on any of the sprinkler systems. They tell you if you want it. Its a convenience you have to get it fixed yourself. How can that be a convenience when its a covenant community and you require to keep your yard up.
In June of 2023, I moved to **************** to seek housing after becoming a victim of gun violence. While being in the area my kids and I were living in hotels while we waited for the housing authority to find a home for us. I also live next door to a property owned by Pathlight Property Management. I've watched a once-beautiful historic house fall into disrepair so quickly once they took ownership. This company created a blight in our neighborhood and seem unconcerned with the effect this has on us. Judging by the overwhelmingly poor reviews on multiple websites, I'm not alone. Their most recent offense was to leave an 60-foot dumpster in the driveway for 2 months now (and counting). I truly wish they never stepped foot into our neighborhood.
