I doubt they even check their properties before renting them out. AC and dishwasher were busted, a couple windows won't shut properly, and a whole host of other issues. It's not like I can get them fixed in a timely manner either, because this company does NOT communicate. I've had to directly call the companies they outsourced all their services to because they're totally useless.

They were extremely frustrating to work with in the initial stages of rental, and we have had to give up on them. We initially received a letter of denial for our application... which under "possible reasons for denial"... was blank. Text in the email stated that the denial was based on the ****** report, however, so we then contacted ******. They deserve 0 stars. Increase rent every year but have not made a single upgrade to the residence. They have never once even visited the property. They do not respond appropriately to maintenance requests. We have lived here for 3 years and they just fixed our hvac after paying for emergency heat every winter. Absolutely terrible.
Currently renting from Pathlight and it has been the biggest mistake of our lives! Move in cost over $6,000.00 and then every sink in the house leaked. When submitting a maintenance request they claimed this was our responsibility to which I told them on my move in sheet everything leaked so I DONT THINK SO. This company is bs. I have a section 8 voucher and they denied me because of credit. Smdh. If you accepting vouchers you shouldnt even be going off credit. How about a person job history and rent history which of are good for me. They shouldnt even get 1 star
How are they legally in business? I can write a book on how awful our entire experience has been since day one. We need a class suite. Look at the 1 star rating! Moved in with a rotten deck, duct taped shelves on the refrigerator, overgrown landscape with bald spots on the lawn - hoa was quick to advise i needed to address-, filthy house,leaking toilets, missing bulbs, stains on the carpet, stains on the walls, substantially in the basement and more. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I live next door to a property owned by Pathlight Property Management. There is a dead tree on their property, that I fear will fall any day now. I have reached out to them for months and they are responsive in writing, but that is it. Just last week, a huge limb from the tree fell onto the car of a guest at my home. I sent another email and I have not gotten a response. I am furious that they are not more responsive about the property, for which they are charging $3500 a month.
