Not one time did I receive a representative that seems competent, empathetic or knowledgeable. PathLight must hire anyone with a pulse. Wish I could rate lower these people are terrible and are ripoffs. I lived at the property for one year and was constant discrepancies with my account and frivolous accusations to keep my money which they untilmately did. I have been trying to join a class action lawsuit against Home partners and pathlight out of *********.
Renters beware, this company is terrible!! They lease problem homes that need alot of work. Im leasing a townhouse and have been there 3 months and have requested over 20 maintenance requests and it is that bad. You have to go with their service technicians who dont know what they are doing and just make matters worst and once you submit a request it takes days for someone to come out to address the problem, this has been a nightmare for me! Terrible customer service. They don't care about the homes or their customers. If you're considering renting from Pathlight, don't do it. We've had nothing but problems from the get go. Broken appliances (stove and refrigerator), the only down stairs bathroom was not usable on move in (toilet and sink not installed and marked off with a sign). NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE!! I have lived in one of their homes for 5 months now and its been one issue after another. We move in and we notice the water stinks like sewage after many complaints it finally got fixed after 5 months of dealing with it. Oh and we also did not have water for 3 nights in SW *******. I literally had to shower with a gallon of water. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. Terrible customer service and over all, impossible to work with. They Take forever to get back with any meaningful help. Website and app are terrible. It crashed and charged me twice the monthly rent and took forever to be reimbursed. With that charge, it made it where I wasnt able to get a new place because companies up charge when they see s*** like that. Wish we had read the reviews before moving!! 2 mins after we received our key from the lock box, we walked into a flooded garage due to a leaking toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Garage ceiling pieces falling and bathroom flooded. We tried to turn off the valve but that was busted too! So the only choice we had was too turn off the main water line to the house!
