They dont even deserve a star. I paid $4890 for a move in ready home. This home WASNT move in ready. It was filthy and within an hour of being here we discovered the A/C didnt work. We placed maintenance requests over and over. Im in my last trimester of pregnancy and its anywhere from 87 degrees-94 degrees inside my home. Im paying for a house I cant even live in. Ive had the most horrible experience with pathlight . I applied on 7/11 for a home ******************** , sent all documents that were requested from the company. I received a response from the company stating they need a letter from my Job Stating I work remote . I emailed the company explaining that any information thats need about employment verification would have to go through workforce. If I had a choice, I wouldnt give them any stars at all! This company has totally ruined my son and daughter-in-laws life. They kept charging them for utilities that were already put in their name. They charge them after they moved out, even though they took their name off of the utilities. They kept charging them rent after they had already paid the months they were moving out, and then they kept back charging them. The maintenance on this was bad. They kept hassling them. This company I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy.

This company is a joke. We've had no AC for 10 months now. Our inside temperature has been over 90 degrees every day this summer. Its miserable. Pathlight refuses to fix the issue because its not in their budget and ******* does not have a law for AC units. They told ** to buy temp units to get through the summer. I pay $3100 a month for this house. The house isnt up to codes. Nothing has been fixed since we moved in. I dont know how its even legal to operate this way.

This company is horrific. I agree that this company does not deserve even one star. I could not be more thrilled that our lease is coming to an end. I would urge anyone considering a property with this company not even to consider, but to steer clear. The worst part about the company is the "customer service", which is completely nonexistent. When we submit claims for repairs, tickets are closed without resolution, and then it requires fighting to get them reopened and addressed. It is nearly impossible to connect with a hum... read more

Ive had the most horrible experience with Pathlight Property Management. We moved in to a home that was NOT move in ready. The home was filthy dirty looked like a squatter house. Theres damages to ***************** and exterior. The walls and floor boards are scuffed up, no touch up paint was done, the kitchen cabinets and bathroom sink vanities are severely chipped and peeling, the bathrooms smell it looks like an old gas station bathroom, the wall and ceiling in the hallway and game room had red stains, the kitchen applian... read more

My name is **************** lived in this house for a year. They fixed things in a ok time frame except when our fridge broke a month before moving out. They didnt not get it fixed. Also we were suppose to have everything out by the end of July 1st 2023.proof via email sent from pathlight. They had someone go change the locks on the 29th and who ever came stole things from our house. All our cameras were removed rims and tires stolen tools a ladder and multiple other things. No customer service for one of their highest paying customers. Pool inoperable for months at a time. No response. M-F, 9-5 attitude. Must go thru multiple vendor visits to get approval on action needed. Cheapest way out. Loyalty means nothing. Terrible accountability, nearly Impossible to talk to human with authority and budget control to fix. Dont offer new lease updates for renewals just increase rent annually.

They owe us over sixteen grand for over months of rent abatement. The hurricane damaged the house so severely it was not safe to live in. They hired the cheapest people they could to fix it. Took over 7 months to accomplish. And it's the worst quality of work I've ever seen. They had us keep paying the rent under a rent abatement to keep the lease active.
