This is my third Polaris. The machine is excellent but as it ages it begins to cost a great deal of money to repair. This unit has a shelf life of about 7 years and everyone should plan accordingly
Works great have had a pool for 35 years all Polaris have been good

The unit works well but the but the water intel line frequently get tangled. Also, the foam ball on the end of the tail wore off in about 3-4 weeks.

For the tangling issue, we suggest the following: Check swivels and make sure they are spinning freely. Lay the hose out in the sun for 24 hours to eliminate any potential hose memory. I've had a 380 for 19 years and finally had to get a new one. great machine and lasts a long time.
Best pool invention ever! My husband and I both work fulltime and this cleaner makes pool ownership easy. We're able to relax on weekends rather than spend hours vacuuming the pool.
We are very pleased with our new Polaris as it completely cleans the pool without any additional work on my part. A lot of debris got in the pool from work on the patio and the Polaris cleaned it up with no problems.
