Works fantastic!! The Polaris 380 works great. Keeps the pool clean. Better then the 280 we had for a couple of years.

Works but had to replace the float already The float that keeps the device upright was full of water, when the pool service came. We had to buy a new float from them. I have kept the old float to prove it is full of water.
Good, but Polaris needs to watch their QA. When I bought the house I inherited a 380 from the previous owner. It lasted another 10 years with a rebuild kit before I decided to retire it. I bought a new one. The design has been improved with additional swivels in the hose and an inline hose filter (important to stop the vacuum jets from getting clogged with small debris). Works great This is my third Polaris 380; one came with the house when I bought it in 1994. After a few repairs, I bought a new one in the mid 2000s. That one finally got too bad to repair economically, so this is my third and probably last. My only negative comment is that it came in a generic box, with no packing, but survived the FedEx handling in fine shape. It was installed and up and running in about 30 minutes, no problems.
Works great Clean pool had one before. Lasted 15years
Clean pool!! I replaced a 20 year old Polaris with the same but new model. Hope this one lasts as long.
