Good product and great customer service The Polaris 380 was easy to install and the instructions were easy to read. I purchased this vac-sweep because the old one must have been over 10 years old and couldn't be fixed with replacement parts. I was a little confused by the description that mentions the requirement for a booster pump PB4-60 (sold separately) in order for the vac-sweep to work. Works great! Works great in my pool. No complaints. Bought it to replace my ancient model.
Works perfectly I unpackaged the sweep, connected the hose, turned on the pump and it went right to work. This was a replacement unit for our 22 year old one that had worn out.
Arrived on schedule and an easy installation. I had a Polaris 380 that was bought in 2008, and it was at its end. The new unit arrived exactly on schedule and was an easy install. It sure made the upcoming pool shut down much easier to accomplish!

I have the 380 and it's ok With a silt bag installed it does pick up a lot better. But it doesn't do steps as they claim and it some times misses certain parts of the pool randomly. In my opinion it needs to be wider so as not to skip places so often. I've had mine for about 20 or so years. Only had to replace the pump once and that came from Amazon. My pool is gunite and 40,000 gallons. Not so much more area just deeper. So people don't get hurt diving.
