So far so good I bought the 380 to replace the old one that lasted quite a while. The new one is working well. I will update it good or bad some time from now.

Does a great job! This works wonderful and cleans the pool in less than 2 hours. Although it requires a seperate motor it is well worth it. I got this to replace my Dolphin Quantum Robot that is less than 2 years old. I will not go back to a robotic cleaner.
Would recommend Works fantastic. We have a pool shelf and it even gets up on it. Our previous cleaner didn’t. Climbs the walls too! Very pleased!

So far, pretty satisfied with it. I'm replacing a Kreepy Krawly Racer pool cleaner that we've had for about 3 years. It broke itself multiple times so we switched back to a Polaris, which was in the pool when we bought the house. Overall it does a pretty good job of cleaning the pool. We have about 20k gallons and run the Polaris 3x a week for 3 hours each time. polaris 380 blows nautlis cc plus out of the pool, hands down last 380 died after 10 years could fix it with parts but its time to just get a brand new one , cause last attempt to fix old one lasted 2 years . now i tried the nautalis cc plus robot cleaner which every one boosts about, but if you have a pool with many angels like roman ends the nautilis cc plus cleaner just dosnt get the pool clean nearly as well as the polaris 380 so here i am happy to say my new 380 is doing a great job just like his dad did for many years ... read more
