Customer service was great - sent me a replacement for my unit that had been in the repair shop with no success since right before warranty expired. I was pleased with the replacement. I just wish the original had not been so fragile and hadn’t taken weeks to determine that it couldn’t be repaired.
It's a great machine... Gets the job done right, every time!
This product works GREAT. However, I wouldn't buy the model with the remote control again. It doesn't work like I thought it would. I'd buy the Model 9450 and save the $100 on the remote. The vacuum is wonderful.
