Polaris has always worked for us so we are looking forward to our new one! We have not been able to use it yet because my husband has been sick; We know it is going to work great. We have always used Polaris
Missing parts Missing parts B and D. No owner's manual or assembly instructions but can download from internet.Please send me parts B and D. Otherwise, works great---it's the manufacturer that needs to ensure all parts are contained in box.
Good product Used a tigershark for years this robot is hands down so much better. The Heyward Tigersharkseems like a big pile of junk!

A good product I received this used product and it worked well and I’m using it as of today.
Cleans well but not perfect for the price This robotic cleaner does indeed clean well. The filter basket doesn’t get perfectly clean by rinsing with the hose but I suspect that means it’s a good filter. However, the “tangle-reducing swivel” on the cable is nonsense. The cable is always tangled, even by the end of a cleaning cycle immediately after untangling it. Quit working I bought this cleaner January 2022. It was worked well until now. I keep getting an error message and I have not been able to use the cleaner for at least 3 weeks now.
lasted less than 2 years overall cost 600.00 per year maybe not worth the cost Bought December 2022, as of October 21, 2024 stopped working. Error code that I can't clear after doing all the trouble shooting recommended.Before the product stopped working I would highly recommend as it was a very effective cleaning machine and easy to use.
