I bought the 9550 in 2017 and this has been my 4th season. The 9550 is still going strong! I have a large in ground pool, and this is my ONLY cleaner, and it picks up everything from small particles to large leaves. Not sure how this knows to cover every inch, but it does. And, it's easy to use. My wife and I can easily put it in, hit 'start', and come back in a few hours to a perfectly clean pool. Best investment in pool equipment.

It does do a good job but it doesn't climb my pool stairs. Easy to clean out filter basket.
So far the Polaris 9550 has performed well. It picks up a lot of sand. It misses so leaves but I think that's because they float away when it tries to get them. Overall I'm satisfied... keep on mind I've only used it 5 times so far.
Tron does a good job cleaning the pool.
what a great little machine, does everything that i was looking for.
It is a great machine. I have tried all the programs and it does well on all of them. The hand held remote took me a couple of minutes to get it right, now I can use it to send it where I want it.
Love this robot. I’ve always been a do-it-yourselfer so to give in and go electronic was a big step. What I learned, now I can do many other to-dos while this lil-guy does his. You’ll also find that there’s more debris and particulates that you can’t see from above. Super impressed and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to set it and forget it.
