this is my third Polaris pool robot model
I haven't had the Polaris 9550 Sport for very long. It seems to clean the pool well cleaning the floor and walls. It has trouble cleaning the 4 steps. It is very easy to clean the debris. I have trouble with the remote control not responding well (the pool is 20X40 inground). I have arthritis and try to get the Polaris to the steps for me to lift it out of the pool more easily, and it takes a little while with the remote to get it to the steps. Very good cleaner, sucks fine grains of sand. I did needed to buy the sand canister, and now my filter is cleaning water rather then getting clogged with sand.
Great unit. Easy to use. Very reliable. Does not leave any dirty spots. Truly a great machine. I recommand it 100%
Generally works well. any spots missed can be gone over again with remote control.
