I was able to get my car back within a week. Had to wait for some parts. My service representative Alex was great letting me know that there were some additional repairs to be made and costs. He also kept me informed about the progress and when I could expect it to be completed.
I purchased this 2021 Ford F150 XLT in March 2024. I drove it to the White Mountains in Arizona and had an engine problem (overheating) on all my trips. I got tired of having to add anti-freeze coolant. I worked with Tom (service advisor) and after many phone calls, we agreed to do a deep engine wash (remove completely the coolant) and then add new Ford-approved coolant.
