I drove from Houston to Prosper for this vehicle. I knew I was going to bring it home. Therefore interaction with the staff was very limited. During the initial stage of making the sale the sales rep was very attentive, but after I made the purchase I tried reaching back and it was difficult to get a hold of the sales rep.
