I am not a easy going and trusting customer and Proper Ford was able to convince me that I could relax. All of the associates I met quickly had solutions for the few road blocks that we almost ran into. I am an out of town buyer and they displayed great respect of my time. I was able to get my car back within a week. Had to wait for some parts. My service representative Alex was great letting me know that there were some additional repairs to be made and costs. He also kept me informed about the progress and when I could expect it to be completed.
