We were very well attended to by the saleswoman Madeline and the director Damiam.
Pascal, Damian, Curtis and Jill all did an excellent job and the transaction went well.

Over all it was a pretty good experience. My only complaint is that the process took SO LONG! Everyone was Very nice, professional and friendly but seemed to lack experience. My wife and I was there almost 5 hour to buy our F250. I think that's a little excessive.
Very nice, cool team, good communication
They didn't have the part for the recall so nothing was done. They got the part within a couple days. Unfortunately, since then, getting the recall completed and diagnosis of another issue identified has been slow.
Overall not a bad experience working with Prosper Ford... Luckily I could work remotely for the weeks my car was in the shop, because they would not give any rental/loaner vehicles (Be Prepared). They worked on the parts that were covered under warranty, then prompted to 'fix' other parts that they deemed 'failed' (Which would've been $3k out of pocket). It's been almost 4 weeks, and these 'failed' parts are still doing just fine.
