The service took much longer than necessary, the service representative wasn't polite, I asked for a price on a new vehicle while I waited and it was clear that the sales team didn't even listen to my description of our needs, and I had to actually contact the salesperson to remind him that I was waiting for a price. I have had better experiences at other dealerships

Amazing. They made every accommodation for my urgent request. I live 1/2 a mile from another Ford dealership, but chose to travel 12 miles to Prosper Ford because of their great service team!!
