The service staff from technician to service to advisor to service director were extremely helpful and friendly. They have a customer for life.
We were very well attended to by the saleswoman Madeline and the director Damiam.
Pascal, Damian, Curtis and Jill all did an excellent job and the transaction went well.

Over all it was a pretty good experience. My only complaint is that the process took SO LONG! Everyone was Very nice, professional and friendly but seemed to lack experience. My wife and I was there almost 5 hour to buy our F250. I think that's a little excessive.
