Took vehicle in for recall issue. Was treated courteously.
Overall, I was well taken care of when purchasing the 2013 Camry SE. The sales personnel and the sales manager were all polite and helpful. The issue is that they missed aligning the steering wheel properly. This results in a pull to the right while driving despite the wheel alignment being good. The sales manager promised me that on Tuesday at 8:30 am they would take care of me. When I showed up, I was told by the service manager that the appointment was never made, and that the sales manager was not there at that time due ... read more
