I purchased this 2021 Ford F150 XLT in March 2024. I drove it to the White Mountains in Arizona and had an engine problem (overheating) on all my trips. I got tired of having to add anti-freeze coolant. I worked with Tom (service advisor) and after many phone calls, we agreed to do a deep engine wash (remove completely the coolant) and then add new Ford-approved coolant. I drove from Houston to Prosper for this vehicle. I knew I was going to bring it home. Therefore interaction with the staff was very limited. During the initial stage of making the sale the sales rep was very attentive, but after I made the purchase I tried reaching back and it was difficult to get a hold of the sales rep.
