My 2024 Bronco sport battery died cause Ford did not put AGM type battery in it at plant in Mexico April 2024. Tow truck guy jumped it after 2 hour wait. Dealer refused to come help but once I got it to them Tony King (service rep) did great job under warranty, took us home in Uber and delivered car to our home next day. All fixed by dealer cause Ford used cheaper battery at factory. S L Waller

The service took much longer than necessary, the service representative wasn't polite, I asked for a price on a new vehicle while I waited and it was clear that the sales team didn't even listen to my description of our needs, and I had to actually contact the salesperson to remind him that I was waiting for a price. I have had better experiences at other dealerships

Amazing. They made every accommodation for my urgent request. I live 1/2 a mile from another Ford dealership, but chose to travel 12 miles to Prosper Ford because of their great service team!!
