I had been experiencing transmission problems with my 2023 Ford Explorer ST that was difficult to diagnose. Robby showed great interest in helping me work to find possible solutions. When key parts were not available right away Robby stayed in constant contact giving me updates on anticipated arrival of each part The work was executed in a timely manner, and when an additional leak by the transfer case was found, they addressed the issue. Historically, car buying has not been a pleasurable experience. Working with Jonathan Hubbard was a completely different and new experience for me.
