Service was great and problems were fixed. My only complaint would be at my other dealership when the car was serviced it was vacuumed and washed. I think its worth the drive to take it to a different dealership.

Prosper Ford has some amazing customer service. The staff is super friendly. The waiting area is very comfortable. Comparing to my experience at another Ford service location - this is the only place I will ever have my vehicle serviced going forward.
