Ashton in the service department of Prosper Ford was A+++ fantastic! I highly suggest booking your next service visit with her. I have to drive 30 minutes to get to this dealership instead of the one that is just down the street from me, but it is absolutely worth it.

Actual work was great. People are nice. Recommending over $2300 of BS by the dealership that isn't part of Ford's maintenance schedule on a truck with 50k miles is the reason for 3 stars. None of that stuff is even remotely helpful until you hit 100-150k miles.
