Everyone we interacted with during the buying process was great. From our initial interactions with Hundee, the follow up with Matthew and Jerry, everything went very smooth. Alex was great helping out after we got the deal finalized and Spencer in the finance office was very easy to deal with. This was our first purchase from Prosper Ford and the experience was exceptional.

Quick and as expected for routine oil change and rotation Greeted quickly as I arrived.

Some difficulty in making the service appointment. First time I called someone took my information and service requested and I was advised a service person would call back. Never received the call back. When I called to confirm service date and time was advised NO APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN MADE. Second attempt was successful
