My service experience at the dealership was efficient and personalized.
Actual work was great. People are nice. Recommending over $2300 of BS by the dealership that isn't part of Ford's maintenance schedule on a truck with 50k miles is the reason for 3 stars. None of that stuff is even remotely helpful until you hit 100-150k miles.
