Prosper Ford is a very good dealership. I have bought and sold 3 vehicles with them and they have always been courteous and professional. Their service department is terrific. Great service and if you have time, their delivery service is truly useful. They are the best.

I recently took my SUV and for service and had the pleasure working with Pepper in the service department. Pepper was extremely good at customer service, communication, providing details and follow up throughout the process. I was also able to get a rental while my vehicle was being serviced and the ladies in that department were very nice and helpful as well. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will be bringing my vehicle here for service in the future.
