Very good feels just right for a service department and dealership
Staff was very friendly and car was ready when promised.
It was good considering they are a brand new dealership and still trying to get headed in the right direction. They missed a recall that I was just notified about.
I don't even have words to describe how awful this dealership is. We bought a truck from there 5 months ago and it's been in and out of service since we got it. I don't believe their technicians are actually performing services they say they are. Shady and Shiesty!

I was pushed & insulted by their nature of business practices. I insisted on using my own Credit Union - they pushed their bank(s). I had the cash, or the financing, and could've just put it on my credit card free & clear. But, they pushed & I bailed - I can buy elsewhere. Nuff said !!
It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get an emissions test and the undercarriage fastened ...again. 3rd try on this. My front license plate holder broke and I was told it would be $75 for the replacement! $75! I found it on Amazon for $15. What a rip off! This dealer is new, clean, and the people are polite. I'm not sure I will purchase my next vehicle here if they over charge that much for a plastic plate holder. 'll just make the drive back to Carrollton.

Recall was not fixed due to backordered parts. Still no news on when they will be available. Not Prosper Fords fault, but I have to make arrangements again to find another vehicle while mine is eventually brought back in for the 8th recall.

I usually go here because it's close to home. When I first started getting service here it was amazing. When Loren left, the people that were attending to me made me feel as if I was annoying to them. There was miscommunication as far as Services done which were not done. Leading me to have to go back and wait 2 hours to have the service done. One time they gave me a vehicle to drive off the lot while they worked on my car. And now some how it's an issue. They damaged my vehicle. Truck is rattling really bad now. And they refused to fix the damage they caused for free.
