I originally took my appointment in at 10 o'clock for a recall and just a general inspection. However, I was told that if the camera needed to be fixed, it would be an all day job. Cody's communication was outstanding we experienced several issues with the dealership harassing my wife, asking her to reset the tracker in the vehicle. The person my wife spoke to was not always very polite and we felt as though we were doing something wrong. Since my car was sitting at your shop for a month, it's come back very dirty, and I would've expected the car to be washed on the outside at the very least

Brought my new car in for a recall and voiced a concern about a suspicious noise coming from my windows. I attached a video, to the phone number they use to keep in contact, since it wasn't consistent and he agreed something was wrong. Alex kept me updated on the issue, told me i needed a new regulator that was covered under warranty, when the part should arrive and roughly when the car should be ready.
