Got an oil change and now my truck is leaking oil.

Failed to complete all tasks.
Came in with a service maintenance light issue. The estimate was almost $10k. I took it to a mechanic who completed all the necessary work for less than $2k. Price gouging x5.
I had walked in with my financing already in place. No need to run my credit. I asked for the out the door price so I could get that over and get the transfer to the dealership. I was being pushed to let the dealer run my credit, and asked several times. Didn't feel like I was going to be able to make a deal with Pascal. So I left and shopped elsewhere. Not the only dealer with a vehicle to sell.
Worst experience as they would charge you for key programming even when the key is not good or unable to program it. Kept car for 2+ hours, and wasted both time and money!
They kept the car for about 4 weeks and kept saying it would be done then it wasn't.
There were oily handprints on the pain and leather interior. Mechanics are dirty don't care about customer vehicles. With an appointment, it was still 2 1/2 hours. Promised an Uber ride back to work, Uber never showed which means they probably didn't call a ride for me.
Terrible experience with the service department and the Service Director Mike with phone calls not being returned, an extended warranty issue being pre-approved, and them refusing to do the work.
