Horrible car buying experience I would not recommend this dealership
They didn't have the part for the recall so nothing was done. They got the part within a couple days. Unfortunately, since then, getting the recall completed and diagnosis of another issue identified has been slow.
poor ,,, can't answer the phone, can't return calls. Can't fellow through any thing. Just can't anything,,,,,,, very disappointed !
Overall not a bad experience working with Prosper Ford... Luckily I could work remotely for the weeks my car was in the shop, because they would not give any rental/loaner vehicles (Be Prepared). They worked on the parts that were covered under warranty, then prompted to 'fix' other parts that they deemed 'failed' (Which would've been $3k out of pocket). It's been almost 4 weeks, and these 'failed' parts are still doing just fine.
They were to check a small oil leak and it took 5 days to get an appointment. Two days before the appointment I got a call telling me I had to leave my vehicle for 15 days. I cancelled this appointment and took it to Drivers Edge. I was in and out within an hour and no charge. Ford lost me as a customer.
Terrible service. I had financing and they tried to strong arm me into a credit check. They already has the cashier check in hand. Avoid at all cost!!!!
I bought a used jeep, the total cost was approximately $20,000.00. I only had driven it for 5 days and the engine light came on. I asked for a loaner, they stated that they dont do loaners only renters for $40.00 a day. They also stated that I would have to pay the cost to have the Jeep fixed and my extended warranty on the Jeep Wouldnt be available to use for 30 days. Im 63yrs old and have never experienced suchI owned several New and used vehicles
Ugly service, couldn't give me a out the door price by email.
Poor attention during the services. I stayed there for three hours and nobody came to me to say that services had been doned.
